1. Overview
Yardd is a Utah-based outdoor home services company. Yardd designs, prices, and installs artificial turf, hardscape, fencing, decks, and permanent lighting for homeowners on the Wasatch Front (Salt Lake County and Utah County).
2. Accounts
You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account.
3. Quotes
Quotes provided through Yardd are good-faith estimates based on the project information you provide and our site walk. Final pricing may be adjusted in writing if scope changes are agreed in advance. Yardd is licensed and insured as required by applicable Utah law.
4. Payments
Yardd invoices homeowners directly for completed work according to the schedule on the accepted quote. Payment terms are stated on each quote. Yardd does not collect payment to provide a quote.
5. Cancellation + changes
You may cancel an accepted quote up to the project start date subject to the cancellation terms on the quote. Material order or crew-mobilization fees, if applicable, are stated explicitly on the quote.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Yardd website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Warranty terms for completed installation work are stated in writing on each quote and supersede any general site language.
